Size & fit
Listed in sizes S, M, L, XL. Insole sizes map to a range of shoe sizes. Check the size chart on the Amazon.in listing and compare the insole with your shoe’s existing footbed.
Measure first
Measure your foot later in the day, heel to longest toe, and use your longer foot.
Step-by-step size guideWhere it fits
Use it in closed shoes with a removable footbed and enough depth for an insert. Take the original footbed out first, then compare the outlines. It is not designed for open sandals or thongs.
Care
- Take insoles out of your shoes regularly to let both air out.
- Hand-wipe with a damp cloth and mild soap. Do not machine wash or tumble dry.
- Dry flat, in the shade, before putting them back into shoes.
Questions
Where can I buy this?
Medofoot MCR sells online through Amazon.in. Use the Amazon button on this page — price, delivery and returns are shown and handled on Amazon.
Will it fit my shoes?
It works best in closed shoes whose existing footbed can be lifted out. Remove the old footbed, lay it on top of the insole and compare length and width. Very low-volume or slip-on shoes may feel tight with an added insole.
Can I put it in sandals?
No — open sandals and thongs have the footbed built in, and an insole will not stay in place. Use it in closed shoes.
Should I keep my shoe’s original insole in?
Usually no. Take the original footbed out first, otherwise the shoe may become too tight.
