How do I find my size?

I’m between sizes. What should I choose?
For open sandals, many people choose the larger size, especially in styles with adjustable straps. For closed-toe styles, check the listing’s chart carefully and consider your foot width.
Which styles are adjustable?
Styles with hook-and-loop straps — such as the MediStep M12 and M9, New Step Superior and Ladies L12 — can be loosened or tightened across the foot.
Which shoes will the Comfort Insole fit?
Closed shoes with a footbed you can remove and enough depth for an insert. It is not designed for open sandals or thongs.

Do textured or acupressure-style footbeds take getting used to?
Often, yes. Raised nodules and dots feel noticeable at first. Many people start with shorter periods of wear and build up.
How do I look after my sandals?
